Uenomura Falls (Uenomura no taki)

Chuji Falls (Chuji no taki)

Chuji Falls (Chuji no taki)

This magnificent waterfall drops 35 meters straight down a sheer cliff. It is the most spectacular of all the falls along the Kannagawa River. You won’t want to miss it, especially in the winter when the falls are frozen over!

Ryujin Falls (Ryujin no taki)

Ryujin Falls (Ryujin no taki)

Legend has it a great serpent once lived in this waterfall. The winding path of the falls which follow the shape of the cliff-face resemble a great serpent or dragon ascending to the heavens. This solemn sight is sure to invigorate your spirit.

Hebiki Falls (Hebiki no taki)

Hebiki Falls (Hebiki no taki)

This spectacular waterfall covers the length of the Kannagawa River, casting a gentle mist that is simply mesmerizing. And don’t forget to take a look at the uniquely shaped boulders that form a valley around the falls.

Oborokaya Falls (Oborokaya no taki)

Oborokaya Falls (Oborokaya no taki)

Uenomura’s most relaxing and healing space, Oborokaya Falls is a hidden gem: a completely natural waterfall, untouched by humans. Below the falls there is a landing from which you can admire this spectacular fall. (You can see the falls as part of a trial run of our local “forest therapy” as well.)
